Mobile Meat Processing Class
Learn a new skill of meat cutting in a short term (60 hrs.) setting. Learn how to prepare meat for processing - fabricating a carcass and fresh meat. Making value-added products, packaging and marketing meat products - beef & pork. At the end of class, each student will receive a knife; steel; a pocket thermometer; cut resistant glove, and a portion of all the processed meats from class.
