This Smart Driver Course is the nation's largest driver safety course. Learn the current rules of the road, defensive driving techniques and how to operate your vehicle more safely in today's increasingly challenging driving environment. AARP membership is not required to take the course and there are no tests to pass. You may be eligible to receive an insurance discount upon completing the course. This course is designed for the CNA wishing to take the state CMA exam. The course covers body systems, medications, administration of medications and documentation requirements.
Prerequisites: High school diploma or GED, current CNA card with 6 months' work experience as a CNA
A CNA's main role is to provide basic care to patients, as well as assist them in activities of daily living. Students study patient care, practice skills in the lab and apply them at a clinical site. Students must successfully pass state skills and written test to receive a CNA certification.
Students will learn Facebook basics to help stay in touch with family and friends, and also how to network if they choose. Learn how to make your own profile, upload pictures, navigate through Facebook, among other basics. Class will also briefly cover other social media tools, such as instagram and twitter, in quick summary
Obtaining a GED credential can help you get the job you want or attend the college that you are interested in. For some people, however, passing the GED tests is a daunting task. The GED examination covers basic subjects that students are taught in high school. Subjects covered in GED classes include writing, reading, social studies, math and science. Enroll at any time
