Short Term Refund Policy: Workshops & Seminars (no refund after class begins). Other Classes: No refund after the beginning of the 2nd class meeting. All refund requests must be made in writing via, letter, email or fax. There will be a 10% cancellation fee and any credit card processing fees, if applicable, withheld from all refunds. There will be a $25 fee for returned checks. No refund for books or materials. Allow a minimum of 10 business days to process your refund.
This course is designed for the CNA wishing to take the state CMA exam. The course covers body systems, medications, administration of medications and documentation requirements.
Prerequisites: High school diploma or GED, current CNA card with 6 months' work experience as a CNA

A CNA's main role is to provide basic care to patients, as well as assist them in activities of daily living. Students study patient care, practice skills in the lab and apply them at a clinical site. Students must successfully pass state skills and written test to receive a CNA certification.
